Allow me to specify other staff that should be alerted when a client schedules a new appointment. Our front office staff has things they need to accomplish when a new appointment is scheduled so they need to be notified.
Allow me to view the client's balance on the appointment block or have a separate box appear with this information when hovering over the appointment so I don't have to leave the calendar to view this information.
Send an email to my client if I void a credit card charge. Sometimes I accidentally charge their card and if they got an email that I voided it, then it would save from them calling me.
Allow me to CC members of a client's contact network when sending a secure message. We see minors and when communicating with the client I need to include their parent(s) or guardian(s).
Offer one-on-one training when setting up TheraNest or onboarding new staff so they can learn the correct way to document, file claims, etc. Some people learn better with direct instruction rather than by watching videos or reading articles.
