Allow me to run a report that will show information similar to the detailed attendance report, but will include client appointments and non-client appointments.

Have an automatic bounce back to emails sent to the do-not-reply@theranest.com email address (for patients who respond to appointment emails).

If a client has multiple email addresses on file, don't display all email addresses in the "To" field in the emailed appointment reminder. Sometimes we see children of divorced parents who have contentious relationships.

Notify me when a client responds to a text I send.

Allow me to filter batch statements by rendering provider so I can quickly create statements for clients only.

Offer one-on-one training when setting up TheraNest or onboarding new staff so they can learn the correct way to document, file claims, etc. Some people learn better with direct instruction rather than by watching videos or reading articles.

Allow me to view a centralized directory of collateral contacts such as attorneys, social workers, etc.

Allow me to create breakout rooms for telehealth sessions.

Allow me to specify whether canceled & rescheduled appointments appear in my synced Google calendar.

Allow me to print conversations I have with staff using the practice chat.
