Choose between set office hours per day and ability to customize specific hours daily

Flexibility to choose between set office hours per day as it already allows, AND an ability to customize specific hours daily (from a monthly calendar view perhaps) as I do not have set hours. This was my favorite feature on Acuity scheduling!

Ignore required fields if saving (not signing) a progress note

There are many gender identities to list and some clients are very specific about their identity and it can be invalidating to have to choose a gender that is not correct or say they are “other”.

Add ability to record payments for inactive insurances

Currently, you can only accept payments from active insurances. If I mark an insurance as inactive and receive a payment from them after the coverage has ended I can't attach that insurance to the payment.
