When viewing the calendar for a specific day and clicking the "New Appointment" button, have the appointment appear for the day I am viewing rather than defaulting to the current (today's) date.
Allow me to add a client to a group from the appointment screen. It would benefit our practice by streamlining the process of doing notes for groups when a client attends a group that is not within their treatment plan.
When creating or editing an appointment for a client, allow me to indicate the payment status for that appointment on the actual appointment (prepaid, unpaid, credit, etc.).
Make exceptions for conflicts with recurring appointments
Recurring appointments often conflict with exceptional events like Thanksgiving, or a scheduled personal appointment. It would be nice for the calendar to show upcoming conflicts with the repeat appointment and have an option to choose "Skip this ...
Include option to view start time only on Calendar
Change it back or give us the option on the calendar view so we do NOT see both start and end times of appointments leading the client names being hidden/unviewable due to the times taking up all the space.
