Show recurring appointments on Appointment Tab

When a client has random appointments, but at some point down the road they begin to have reoccurring appointments these will not show up in their appointment tab. This could and will lead to doubling appointments. I believe this should be fix ASAP.

15 minutes appointment times

Please create the option to have appointment times every 15 minutes, rather than every 30 minutes.

Client Caseload Report

There needs to be a report that allows you to sort client's by clinician's...ie, run a client caseload report

block time on calendar

Block time on calendar for things like lunch or personal appointments that you do not want to show up on your calendar as an appointment.

Turn off portal scheduling for new clients while keeping it on for current clients

Would there be a way to turn off the scheduling feature for clients that are not listed on a clinician's case load? I want to keep the portal scheduling for my current clients, but I tend to get bombarded with new clients that I cannot accommodate...

Filter calendar and show Staff view

give open appointment slots a different color

when viewing weekly you could easily see an opening by the difference in color. It would have a place holder, and we wouldn't have to count each hour of the day.

Send staff email notification when they are added to an event/appointment

It would be helpful if an email was sent to the person that was added to a calendar invite. At this time if I add another staff to a calendar invite it will show up on their calendar but they won't get a notification about it.

Only let clients online schedule up to X amount of months in advance

Does TheraNest allow you to only let clients online schedule up to X amount of months in advance? It would be beneficial to be able to allow clients to only view schedule for let’s say 3 mo in advance to give clinician more time to block calendar ...

I would like to create a calendar with all my groups and have them on a calendar for people to schedule themselves. Do you offer that and also, can the calendar be posted on my website?
