Notify admins of information changes in client portal
As an administrator, notify me when a client makes changes to their information in the client portal (e.g., address, payment method, phone number, etc.).
When I receive a secure message from a client through the client portal, allow me to transfer or save that message to the client's general documents so I can a record of their communication in one place.
Specify who receives notifications for portal payments
When a client makes a payment on the portal, the staff member assigned to the invoice will receive a notification. Allow me to specify who receives this notification because we only need certain people to be notified.
Alert me or notify me if a client has an outstanding balance that has exceeded a certain number of days. For example, if a client hasn't paid in 30 days we need to follow up.
Allow me to turn on alerts for certain billing items/tasks so we can be notified if a client's credit card has expired, if there's a certain balance owed, if their deductible has been met, etc.
Please give the option to personalize skin tone on the emojis in Practice Chat. It would be really amazing for our BIPOC community to be able to express themselves in the skin color that they belong in.
