Allow me to view a client's secure messages from their chart so I can see all their messages in one place without having to search for them in all of my secure messages.

Allow me to send a secure message to a group by typing in the group name rather than having to type in each individual member.

If TheraNest is down, notify me so I'm aware of the issue.

Allow me to send the client's invoice or superbill via a secure message.

Have the client receive the appointment reminder in the language that's identified in their client details.

I would like to be able to add special characters. We have a multilingual clientele and we sometimes send them the portal in portuguese/spanish and we need to use special characters but the portal does not allow it.

As an administrator and provider, when I send a secure message allow me to mass message the clients I am assigned to.

Allow me to copy and paste information that is sent or received from a secure message. Sometimes we have standard messages that we send clients and it would be easier to copy and paste from an old message.

Allow me to manage all email and in-app notifications in one place.

It would be helpful if staff could receive an alert whenever an administrator or another staff person adds a document to the client's clinical documents and when an administrator adds a document to the staff's document tab
