When adding goals and selecting interventions, the interventions appear in a drop-down list and once selected, can't be edited. After I select the intervention, allow me to edit it so I can customize it to reflect my client.

Add DSM criteria to presenting problem in the initial assessment
It would be great to have diagnostic software that would have the DSM criteria for diagnoses that you could click on and it would upload it to the presenting problem area.

Allow a space for the therapist/provider to sign the intake paperwork after the client has completed it without having to download the form and reupload it.

Pull treatment goals and dx codes into custom forms
Allow me to include the client's treatment goals and diagnosis codes in a custom form. We've created a custom form for our progress notes and want to include this information.

Add the ability to update progress of goals for treatment plans
When you create a treatment plan, you can select the progress of each objective which would be "in progress" at initiation. Once it is approved, you are no longer able to add or amend any information.
