Display goal and objectives numbers in progress notes

Number the goals and objectives in a client's progress note they way they are numbered in the treatment plan so I can reference a goal/objective number when writing my note.

Allow multiple signatures on addendums

Assign forms to certain employees

Allow me to assign forms to certain employees or staff types. I don't want every therapist to see all the custom forms and I want our front office staff access to certain administrative forms.

Allow me to set a timeframe for when providers need to complete progress notes, initial assessments, and treatment plans and send them a notification.

Automatically assign staff from client when new case is created

When I create a case for a client (either a group case or individual case), have the staff automatically pull from the assigned staff in the client profile so I don't have to add them individually again or remember who I need to add.

Only print selected checkboxes in dynamic forms

When adding checkboxes to a Dynamic Form, only print the checkboxes that were selected. Right now all of them are displayed (selected and unselected) which can mean we're printing a lot of pages.

Assign staff to case when appointment is scheduled

Have the staff member automatically assigned to a client's case when the appointment is scheduled so that we don't have to add them manually and so it doesn't create a duplicate case when the staff creates a progress note.
