Offer one-on-one training when setting up TheraNest or onboarding new staff so they can learn the correct way to document, file claims, etc. Some people learn better with direct instruction rather than by watching videos or reading articles.
When viewing the calendar for a specific day and clicking the "New Appointment" button, have the appointment appear for the day I am viewing rather than defaulting to the current (today's) date.
When running the Payment Methods report, include the payment notes field. I usually write the check number in this field and want that information displayed in the report.

Future consideration
Allow me to add a client to a group from the appointment screen. It would benefit our practice by streamlining the process of doing notes for groups when a client attends a group that is not within their treatment plan.
