Add address field when adding household members to a client
When working in a client's details and adding household members, allow me to also notate their address. Sometimes a client has divorced parents so their address may not be the same as the client's address.

Include therapist totals on payroll by rendering provider report
When running the Payroll report, include the total payout for each therapist. It's tedious to have to type the therapist's name in the box to get their total.

When viewing all cases for a client, allow me to see the assigned staff to each case. Right now I have to open each case individually to view that information.

Future consideration
When adding checkboxes to a Dynamic Form, only print the checkboxes that were selected. Right now all of them are displayed (selected and unselected) which can mean we're printing a lot of pages.
Change default date range when viewing a client's appointments
Under Clients → Appointments, change the default date range to include more appointments in the future so that it aligns with the client's online scheduling range.
