blocked time a different color on calendar

It would be really nice to have the ability to have the background color of blocked time (or non-client appointments) a different color. What I'd love is to be able to glance at the calendar and see the shape of my day (such as being able to pick light gray for the whole area of blocked time, so that sessions pop out visually and I can see where my time will be spent at a glance). Thank you!

    I agree with this completely! I want to be able to change the color of each calendar item if I want to. I tried using the service type color coding but it only changed the small line of text. I want to be able to change the color of the whole block. E.g. when you use Google Calendar, you can have the whole block of time show up as different colors. That way, you can very easily differentiate different types of events (especially non-client appointments!).

    Yes this would help me too. I want to be able to change the color of any given calendar item. I often put non client related items in my calendar and it would be so helpful to be able to differentiate. For example, I put in the calendar when I need to be off work, or when I'm available to start work and I'd love to gray that out. I also put notes to call certain people on certain days, and I'd love to be able to change the color so i can more easily see what items are moveable and which items are more fixed or have clients attached to them.

    Update this calendar blocking to show in a color when a staff member blocks their day.

    I think we should be able to color coordinate anything to a different color especially holidays time off or some thing so that it doesn’t just blend in because if it doesn’t stand out I completely missed it and I have people who come rotating on the schedule and so I don’t like to delete on my prefer to be able to color coordinate things and I don’t understand why this isn’t an option
