Extend time limit on one time payment link

Many of my client's do not check their email frequently. It would be great if the one time payment link allowed the link to stay active for more than 24 hours.

Yes please! This is causing added stress on our clients and we are receiving quite a bit of unfavorable feedback on the topic. Appreciate anything you can do!

Don't have an expiration on the 1-time payment link.

Yes, it would be helpful if the link lasted longer.

PLEASE extend the 1-time payment link. I'm not sure the purpose of it having an expiration date. It's very annoying for clients and time consuming to have to resend the link.

I agree- 7 days would be great. It's not a very useful tool as many people won't see it or get to it in 24 hours.

The message looks like a phishing scam to me, I would like to be able to customize the message or add a little more info so it looks legitimate. Also would like it to be good for more than 24 hours.

Hello, It would be helpful to remove the 24hr expiration on payment links due to clients reporting that the window of payment is an inconvenience. Some clients like to have the link prior to 24hrs for their own financial reasons. For us as providers, its also an inconvenience because we send out invoices for the week all at once (typically Sundays) to avoid having to go in 24hrs before each appointment (which would be everyday) to send the links. Currently with this 24hr limitation, I have to go back in and resend the link because it's expired right before their appointment time. I am suggesting at least a 7- day expiration period. Our practice general sends the payment link right after a session ends or days in advance to allow the client time to complete the invoice. Having only 24hrs puts unnecessary time constraints and pressure on the client to pay which is difficult especially during this pandemic. Thank you for your consideration.
