Create one reusable link for Telehealth appointments
Have TheraNest create one telehealth link that can be reused for a client so I don't have to email them a unique link each time. If there was one link the client could just save it and not have to worry about logging into the portal.
Instead of a new link for each session, how about a personal room code or name that stays the same so that clients aren't searching for a different link each session?
Twice this week, I am certain a client was logged into an old link and didn't connect.
I wish Theranest had one link to send clients for telehealth. Need to 1) the have each client have to have an established log in and password for the portal or 2) emailing or texting my client a unique link for every session is a pain. I quit telehealth with TN for this reason. Doxy.me has one link you can use every time and its free. Please making this easier to use. Many clients are not high functioning enough or have the computer skills to access the portal and I believe making it accessible this way actually creates barriers to treatment for some of my clients. Also many of my clients are minors and its overwhelming for them to keep track of so many log ins etc.
