Please redesign chat to operate more like email with a subject field and a client field.
I'd like to be able to msg my supervisor or co-leaders about a particular ct with no confusion about who the Ct is e.g. when there are multiple clients with same name (e.g. message field with Ct #, first name and last name with link to Ct case).
I'd also like to be able to generate multiple messages to the same group of staff with different subjects (different threads). There is too much confusion right now when the same group needs to chat about multiple topics).
