Display claim status for billed services on Agenda

On the Agenda, allow me to view if a claim was created for that service and the status of the claim.

    I agree whole heartedly. It would save me A LOT of time not having to click on each client to be sure it was submitted. Thanks, Melissa

    After an invoice has been submitted to insurance an icon would appear on the calendar/agenda. This feature would allow for admin to quickly scan the calendar and agenda to see if there were any invoices that still needed to be submitted, and therefore reduce the probability that an invoice is overlooked.

    Is there a way to note which invoices have been submitted on the agenda? Looking for a check and balance system. If not, I would suggest an icon be placed on the agenda showing it has been submitted. And a way to run a report showing those invoices that have not been moved to the "awaiting submission" tab. Example. a therapist has not finished her note and Admin was completing submissions. The invoice was not submitted and the remaining were. How would i run a report showing invoices not in awaiting submissions?

    I agree. This would be helpful at the end of the day to have a "quick glance" to see that invoices were created AND that the claims are in the "awaiting submission" spot. Would save so much time.

    When going back to view appointments on the agenda or calendar tabs/pages, it would be helpful to have an alert/notification/statement that lets us know if the appointment/invoice has already been added to "claims awaiting status". Specifically it would help if I could go to the agenda page and see "Claims status- claim submitted and awaiting", instead of having to click "invoice" and then see the claims status of "claim submitted" or "In Progress". This would reduce cumbersome repeated clicking for me on the site. Same for in the calendar appointments. At present it says "billed" which really to me means "Invoice created" or "payment received". It would help to see on the calendar and each appointment if I have submitted the claim for the visit. This would reduce cumbersome repeated clicking for me on the site.
