Dear Theranest,
As soon as I put an appointment in my calendar via app or website, it'd be great for the clients to get an instant text message confirming the appointment has been schedule. Also, a text message reminder 24 hrs before their appointments.
Right now, I don't schedule appointments with my clients using Theranest because of this. I have to use Square Appointment because it allows this function. I only use Theranest for progress note writing purposes. I can easily use a locked Word doc for that.
I'll be looking for another EMR that allows this function and will switch when I find it. Or I'll just cancel my account with Theranest. Please help me simplify my practice!
