Add count to service types to the Service Billing report
When running the Service Billing report, show me how many times that service type was billed out during the date range I selected.

This would be so helpful! It's very cumbersome to try to figure out how many sessions are billed Private Pay or Pro Bono vs. insurance, or to figure out the average revenue per session.
