Allow me to set a default view for my schedule. For example, allow me to have my calendar default to week view instead of having it default to the agenda view.

A default Calendar View (Agenda/Day/Week/Month/Staff) can now be configured in User Preferences and will be displayed upon login.
When other changes were made, this changed too, when schedule is selected you now have to select Staff to have the day schedule pull up, before changes the current day would populate. These changes made aren't helpful to our office application. Thank you
I would LOVE it if we could choose to display our calendar as weekly and have that setting stay that way so I do not have to click it each time to get the weekly view. I would like it to stay on weekly view as the default. Since I am aware not everyone wants this, I would like to be able to customize and have those changes stick.
So, I legit never use the agenda view. It just doesn't work for me, and before the big overhaul I could set my calendar preference to the view that worked best for me. Now that the schedule tab encompasses the agenda and calendar it defaults to agenda view and every single time I hit it, which is constantly throughout my day, I have to click weekly view because that's actually what I want to see. Can we get a preference setting for the schedule tab to default to our preferred calendar view like it used to? That'd be *amazing* and save a lot of cicks.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE enable us to go back to the WEEK showing up when we log on.. It CONTINUES to DEFAULT to the AGENDA and it's extremely frustrating as I have changed it a million times to default to the WEEK cal and it NEVER stays. PLEASE!!!
Allow staff to save the default view on the schedule. With the new update to Theranest, and after incorporating the calendar and agenda, when you click schedule, you are automatically brought to agenda.
Our office staff has found after the merger that it takes three clicks each time we want to go to the calendar format. The calendar format is what we use 90% of each day. Could you please add a calendar icon that would only require one click as opposed to opening, closing, and confirming the closing of an appointment every time we need to access the calendar? Thanks!
I really miss having a "Calendar" button, so that I can go to my Calendar page as my main default page. Could we please have the Calendar page back as a direct option? I have to waste time throughout the day going to the Agenda page, then clicking on "Week." Thank you!
I want to be able to set my default view of the schedule. When I click the schedule tab, I want it to go straight to the staff view. I do not like the agenda view. It has no purpose for me.
Allow therapists to set the default for what they see on schedule. I cannot visualize my day with agenda view and it doesn't allow me to not have it as the first thing I see.
With the recent update, it's harder for me to get the weekly calendar view. I'd like easier access to the weekly calendar for scheduling next week's appointments or seeing my week at a glance. Even just adding to a dropdown menu in the "Schedule" section. I like to have the agenda on the first page, but I like to be able have a new tab open so I can toggle back and forth between a progress note (or another page) and weekly calendar to schedule next appointment. I'm unable to do that with the way it's set up now. The previous way I could just right click the calendar button at the top and open in a new tab. Now I have to click something else (as there is no option to open in new tab), then click on schedule, then click on week. Thank you.
Having the schedule default to "agenda" is setting up a potential HIPAA violation in that the names are visible. The "day" view uses the client initials, protecting the sensitive data. At least give us the option to change the default.
The new update has made Theranest extremely clunky to use. I'm managing 10 different providers' schedules. The Agenda view is not something I can use at all. The amount of things I have to click just to see a full schedule is awful. I'm not sure why this feature was regressed in an update as it seems like a critical component.
Could you please allow us to set the calendar to the function we want to see first. It always goes to agenda, but I don't use it and have to make an extra click to get to Week. Over the day this is time consuming and tedious. If therapists have the choice then each can have ready access to what they prefer.Thanks
Re: new update - I wish there was a way to select the view I wanted the calendar to default to when I hit the new calendar icon in the upper left side of the page. I frequently toggle between different functions w/in theranest, and I almost always want to see my calendar in the Staff layout. With the new update, the calendar icon defaults me to agenda view, and then I have to click the Staff view each time. It's a small issue, but it is a noticeable annoyance. Thanks.
The new update in Feb 2023 has made it more time consuming to get to the weekly calendar view. Our practice does not utilize the agenda view at all. Please add an option to set the default view or have an Agenda and Calendar submenu under Schedule that is permanently visible in the sidebar.
With the new update (2.14.23) it's important for administrative staff to have a feature to default to the weekly view. The agenda is not practical if you are scheduling for other staff members. When you go into the client chart and then back to the schedule it's taking unnecessary extra time because it's defaulting to the agenda. Either have it in preferences to be able to change this or have it right on the schedule view.
Reiterating original 2019 post... would love if when clicking Schedule in the new left menu that it would revert to same view that was set before (or set as default). For example, I want to see Weekly view every time I click on Schedule, but as of now it defaults to Agenda every time when clicked.
