Add ability to filter Agenda by unbilled appointments
Add ability to filter Agenda by unbilled appointments so we can easily see when an appointment is missing an invoice.

By the end of the day, when there are ten providers in the office, it takes a while to scroll and click through all of the patients in the agenda to create an invoice for that day's appointment. It would be easier if I could click a button to remove all the billed patients, just like there is a button to remove non-client events.
