Staff members with the Billing permission will receive an in-app alert on the first of the month for any saved client credit cards that expire that month. Additionally, the expiration date is now displayed when viewing a client’s saved credit cards.
It would be nice to be notifed and the client as well when a payment they have on file with us has expired so we can be sure to have up to date form of payments on file for copayments.
This would be easier than writing it in the "Billing to and Insurance" because there is a character limit in that section. Even if the expiration date was displayed along with the last four digits would be helpful.
It would be great to get an alert message the same month that the card expires so that we can be alerted to let the client know that we will need an updated card. An alert area in general would be helpful that would show anytime that anyone open up the client chart.
This would be so helpful! I would also like to "nickname" the card so I can remember which was their HSA card and which was their personal credit card, or which was Mom's card and which was Dad's card since we can't see the name on the card after it was saved to their file.
Along with showing the last four numbers of the credit card, I think it would be helpful to show the expiration date as well. Or get notified when a credit card expires.
