Adding new clients in bulk and migrating information to TheraNest is now easier than ever. We’ve expanded our Client Import feature so you can now import primary insurance information for clients when using this tool.
With this update, the following items can be added via the Import Tool:
- Insurer
- Insured ID Number
- Plan Name
- Effective Date
- Effective Date
- Group Number
All insurance information uploaded is for the primary insurance only and will be displayed in the Bill to & Insurance section for a client.
