It would be great to have a system in place where we can send and receive client referrals. Currently we are e-mailing back & forth and it takes too much time as we are growing.
I would love to see referrals be submitted through the portal using our specialized theranest link that we could put on our websites, emails, etc. That information that is filtered through could be auto populated in other areas once we accept the referrals. Right now my organization is using another platform to obtain our referrals and then are inputing the information over to the portal. Do like you do now and charge per referral and allow us to be able to turn off that function for those that choose not to have a waitlist, but also be able to communicate through the portal with referents/prospective clients.

2: Ability to send reports to our referral sources by using the data that we put in the fields above
3: Run a report for each referral source of how many clients/patients they referred
It would be nice be have a report for scheduling staff to pull everyday that will allow them to track clients whom are still in the intake process (i.e. needs scheduled, scheduled for CDA, GAIN, Treatment Plan, assigned to provider etc.) and provide details needed for scheduling. Having a way to enter clients that have not fully engaged in treatment yet and it not count toward the amount of active clients.

I'd love to have the referral section expanded to add contact information or notes on referrals/providers. I work with other therapists and nutritionists who refer clients to me and would like to add notes such as what insurance they take and their professional information.
