Increase file size limit in general and client documents

Increase the limit for the file sizes I can upload to a client's general documents and clinical documents so I can upload files that are larger than 10MB.

Minimum filesize should be at least 20-30MB even for straight PDF docs!

I cannot upload most court orders unless I print them out and then save them in parts. It is frustrating and time consuming.

Can you please consider increasing the file upload size? We would like to put a client voice recording within the client records but the upload size is too large on the file (15mb) so we are unable to do this. We have run into this issue with trying to upload documents as well. Thank you for considering!

Please increase the limit to something usable. If we cannot save an entire evaluation in one document, we cannot share it adequately if it is requested. If we cannot utilize the feature in the EMR, it renders the EMR useless as a place to have all of our files...a big reason why most practices use EMR's in the first place. If I can't save 20 -50 pages in one file, this feature becomes useless to my practice.

We have found you cannot upload but like around 50 pages into general documents. We get records from other therapists that are sometimes 200 pages. Can you increase the size we are able to upload?

Hi, I'd like to suggest capability to upload video and audio recordings of sessions into the general documents area. We sometimes have up to 3-hour sessions that are recorded, so would need a large enough file size capability. Thanks!

Allow larger documents to be added to the "general documents" section. Whenever I try to load a manual intake in pdf form, it always "exceeds max file" even though it's only a couple pages.

The upload 10mb limit does create much unnecessary work. We have to break files into small pieces before upload. I find it deceptive that you advertise "unlimited file storage" but then limit the ability to upload documents by creating this obstacle.

I would like to be able to store audio recordings in my clients file. I notice my MP3 file is too big. What options could you add for this need?

I have had to scan hospital discharge paperwork into numbers smaller files due to the limit on file space in the client's charts. Please allow for at least one or two larger files so that this process can be easier.

Right now you can have as many files as you would like to upload in your general documents area, but each upload does need to be 10MB or smaller. Sometimes we get a chart sent from another provider and need to be able scan it as one file. It is more cumbersome to divide this and save it as multiple. It also makes it less accessible later.

We are looking for somewhere to store session videos (possibly only short-tem) for supervisory input. Obviously, it needs to be HIPAA compliant. Because these files are so large, we cannot upload them to Clinical Documents. Would love to see this feature in TheraNest!

In my field, the biopsychosocial assessment is a very thorough document assessing most all areas of the client's life. There is no way these sheets of paper can be compressed to upload into your system. Please increase the file size limit.
