I would be extremely helpful to be able to print an aging report filtered by staff member. In a practice which holds each staff member responsible for collecting deductibles and copays, this report is invaluable. At this point I have to pay support staff to run the report, then manually create a report for each therapist showing their outstanding collectibles.
As a practice of 24 counselors, this report is useless without being able to sort by therapist. Our need would be to generate the report and either sort by therapist if this was a column (and probably the easiest option for the developers), or the option to generate the report by therapist. I cannot emphasize how useless this report is without the rendering provider column.
In order to provide each counselor with an Invoice Aging Report, I need to be able to sort by assigned staff. I then can export to excel and create necessary Invoice Aging Report for each counselor.
Thank you
The ability to sort by therapist / rendering provider on the aging report list. Without this feature, our group of 21 clinicians essentially can't use this VITAL report since everyone's clients are all mixed together.
Can you create an Aged Receivables Report that is based on and reflects all Clients outstanding balances per Provider? So, the report would reflect 30, 60, 90 days, etc, per Client due to each Provider.
Many of your reports do not have the option of producing the report by therapist. As a growing practice - we now have 9 therapists - it is imperative that we know many of these statuses by therapist. For instance, the aging report is a very important evaluative tool for therapist performance. Thank you for consideration in this area.
This is a necessary feature for any practice. Maintaining a more accurate of revenue based on the group as well as by individual clinician provides great information for practice owners. Please add this feature asap!
We need to be able to create an Aging Report for each individual clinician. At the present time, TN only provides a broad, organization aging report. It is very important that each clinician know what patients/insurances are outstanding (30, 60, 90, 120+ days), to keep accounts current and accountable, and more importantly to ensure that claims are submitted within the allotted time frames to avoid rejection and non-payment. Please make this a priority!
The therapist's want me to print an aging report monthly so they can see what is outstanding. Can you put an option to choose a therapist when pulling up the aging report.
