Option to print progress notes without the treatment goal history Merged

When Insurance and clinical audits are necessary, providers often have to print the full client record and all progress notes for a specified date range. That date range may include one or more treatment plans. However, when the audit only requires a single treatment plan, we need the option to include or not include the treatment goals history to save on printing costs.
