Client birthday reminders

Please do this! It is especially important when working with children - it is so important to remember their birthday. Clinically relevant in my opinion, not just a bonus extra.

I saw that I get a Theranest notification when I put a client's end date of their insurance. We also put client's birthdays in the client's profile. Is there anyway that Theranest could allow for notifications when it is someone's birthdays, as well? I found that some clients get a little offended when I don't recognize it is their birthday. Please do not give me any recommendations to keep track of this. i am asking strictly about Theranest being able to offer this. Thank you

From one of our therapists: " a feature that I LOVED with Simple practice was it would alert me when a client's birthday was coming up. It was really helpful and clients were always surprised and thankful when I would remember their birthday." --

Yeah, I just want a reminder for myself so that I know to bring it up in session. This is actually a pretty valuable feature for facilitating connectedness with clients.

I would love this I currently do this manually and it is very difficult.

Can we please get automatic birthday texts sent out to clients? And notifications to the therapist?

Yes! I had to build a spreadsheet that I update manually for each new client which shows upcoming birthdays. We send cards out.

Can you have Theranest send a reminder if they are seeing the client on their birthday

Yes! I see comments that say automatically send a text birthday message, but it would also be great for that to show up in Theranest, so we actually get notified and well as having an automated message sent. like if a client's birthday could show up in our calendar that would be great!

It would be great if Telehealth had an option to send an automatic message to clients on their birthdays. It's nothing critical but would make Theranest somewhat personalized.

Would it be possible to add a notification feature that allowed a therapist to know when an adolescent client turned 18 and was no longer a legal minor? This would help therapists meet HIPPA standards and administer appropriate releases of information for parents etc.

I would love to be able to receive a notification from Theranest when it is a client's birthday :)
