Book with more than one provider on the client portal

Allow my clients to request an appointment on the client portal with more than one provider because we conduct co-therapy sessions at my practice.

We’d love to see co-therapy as an option. Right now we can get around it using groups, but we can’t find an EHR that will actually provide fully for our needs. We’re having to do a workaround for you, even. We are a co-therapy company and are teaching other companies to be the same. It would be nice to accommodate all of us within the EHR. That way, for instance, when a client chooses co-therapy and the team they want, or even if one of the managers assigns a team to the client, it would be nice if the system would put the team on the calendar, and then take both people off of availability for that session time period.
