Allow non-admin staff members to send/resend forms through the client portal

I would like therapists who do not have administration privileges to be able to send releases of information to their clients via the portal. Right now only those with admin privileges can send the release of information.

    We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update that expands staff permissions so that non-admin staff members can send send and resend forms through the client portal to their clients. Staff members with adequate permissions will have the ability to send forms from the General Documents page under the client’s profile. Organization administrators can control which staff members have the ability to send forms by editing their staff members’ permissions. Thanks for your feedback on this suggestion!       Allow individual clinicians to send new forms or re-send forms. This is needed so that they can seen Release of information forms as needed, with out the admin always having to send them.

      PLEASE add this feature. It requires additional admin time for non-admin users to notify admin that they need a form sent, like a release of information or assessments. Please please add this! It would be immensely helpful.

      Allow more than just administrative users to send existing clients forms through the portal. Currently, only users with administrative access have this option and therapists need the option to send forms to their clients as well.

      Can you please make an option to give employee therapists ability to send new forms, such as Releases of Information and Assessments, to clients via the Portal without having access to subscription and billing info, etc? It seems like they should be able to do this as a function of being a therapist... :) Thanks for considering!!!
