I'd love to see the TheraNest app become usable for the clients, where they could open the app and send a message to us, quickly, rather than having to go to the web site to do so.
It would be nice for there to be a mobile app for clients to download. Maybe I'm missing something, but being able to have the application notify me and just log on via the app on my phone would make just about everything far easier. I'm about to just develop something myself. Logging in via the browser and seeing the difficulty of holding and dragging for scheduling is alot if it works ever
TheraNest Mobile App just for clients who want to do self-scheduling. At the moment, I've only found the TheraNest app for providers/health professional. If you have a client poral mobile app - please let me know.
If not, I'd like to suggest this feature. Our clients love self-scheduling, yet have a difficult time navigating the platform on mobile, especially with scheduling.
I would also like for them to be able to log in to telehealth sessions from the client portal app. If client's had an app, statements would be paid quicker, they could send messages to their therapist and get notifications straight to their phones when paperwork was sent to them, etc. PLEASE make an app!!!
Most of my clients access the portal from their phone, as do most people accessing the internet anymore. It functions terribly, almost impossible to use. I have received multiple complaints, and I struggle with responding to messages, as well. It needs to be mobile friendly!
If clients have their own phone app on iOS or Android so they can log in to their client portal from their phone, I think a lot more of my clients would use the client portal. We as clinicians have a TheraNest App for our phones, I think clients would benefit from one as well.
It would be helpful if there was a client version of the Theranest app where they can schedule appointments, send messages, and complete intake paperwork.
I agree! The patient portal is great, but when they are in the office, I would like to be able to pull up an app where they can only access their account and update/sign anything that needs to be taken care of.
