Don't allow certain fields to be updated in the client portal
Allow me to lock certain fields in the client portal from being updated by clients. For example, we don't want them to update their insurance on the portal because then it causes problems with our billing.
It would be great for there to be an on/off option for clients being able to change the insurance information on record.
We've had clients who mis-enter or don't inform us of a change of insurance because they thought changing it directly in TheraNest meant they were good to go. Our practice only takes some plans and does benefit checks before billing to ensure we are billing correctly and this issue has come up more than a few times.

Edit to Demographic info to make it customizable. Be able to hide/edit fields. Change drop down menus, mandate fields to improve insurance billing capability etc.
Some of the client details and other forms sent via portal has unneeded info asked. I would like to be able to edit. such as I do not wish or need social security numbers on my clients.
It would be valuable if we as admin could be the only ones to change or eidt any CMS feilds which can cause billing issues or denied claims. The recent expample is the Legal gender which has to match insurance.

We would like to utilize TheraNest Client Portal but due to limitations with insurances certain client information should not be changed. For example, clients names and DOB's are often listed specifically within insurance policies. Client may get on the Portal and feel the need to change the information because they "believe" it is incorrect. When in fact, it is exactly as it should be. Could TheraNest add an option to DISABLE clients from being able to edit their Demographic information themselves in Client Portal. We would like to see ALL aspects of Portal (not just some) controllable on our end.
The ability to edit fields in client demographic/account information would be useful (similar to editing form for intake paperwork and consents). Barring that, a simple toggle field to turn those features off would be helpful.
The biggest problem is that there is no indication of CLIENT-ENTERED demographic and financial and other information. It would be good if changes were highlighted and ADMIN/CLINICAN could approve / accept the change. OR if this option could be turned off.
Optional setting for Org admin to disable client ability to remove information from client portal account. Most helpful would be to prevent client from removing Credit Card information and Insurance details.
Right now clients are able to change their name and address which affects our claims. Insurance will often deny a claim if the client’s name or address is different.
