In the Billing Automations, there should be additional exclusion conditions from Automated Invoice Processing. One of those being Secondary Insurance. Not all secondary insurance are able to be submitted via TheraNest - most need the primary insurance EOB to be attached and thus need to be submitted outside of TheraNest.
