Add conditional logic using Client Flags

Add conditional logic using Client Flags to simplify client intake, examples include:

• When a client self-adds to the portal, assign a Client Flag labeled New Client.

• When a portal invite with intake forms is sent, assign a Client Flag labeled Waiting on Intake Forms.

• When forms are returned, remove the Waiting on Intake Forms and evaluate if Insurance Verification needs to be completed. If no signature on Insurance Verification, assign Client Flag, Verify Insurance.

• Once verified, evaluate if a credit card is no file. If no credit card is present, assign Client Flag Missing Payment Method.

There are many tasks required to set up a new client and not all the pieces/parts are ready at the same time. IntakeQ software has a great process that could be modeled.
