Add link to Payer ID List In Insurers Details

Add a link to the Payer ID List to the Insurer Details page that will enable you to confirm Payer IDs. This would improve the workflow to correct the Invalid Payer ID Claim error when running "Check Selected Claims for Errors" . When selecting "Click here to fix" it brings the user to the Insurer Details but does not provide a way to find the correct payer ID.
