It would be extremely useful to be able to send a mass email to all of the clients with a particular flag. It doesn't seem like the flagged lists are useful for much when you can't customize an email to that list, and you can't see the flags on the Billing pages (I realize that's a separate issue).
Add a filter in the secure message portal. Preferably client flag filters where we can send only to clients with that flag, or remove clients who have that flag. Also, filters that allow us to send to clients assigned to a certain therapist only, or remove clients who have that therapist

Currently there is an option for me to send a message to all active portal members. I would like to suggest that you add a feature that would allow me to send a message to all clients assigned to a specific therapist. For example, if a therapist will be on vacation, it would be nice to be able to type in the therapist's name and send a message to all of their clients reminding them they will be out of the office.
