Add notes field to staff details

We would like the ability to make notes about individual staff. We work with a lot of intern and volunteer counselors so we would like to be able to make notes about the dates they were working with us, etc. on the staff tab for internal functions.

Is it possible to have a notes area on the therapists profile that is seen by the practice and not by the therapist? ie to log any notes or actions following case management.
