Allow me to add a custom termination/archive date to the client's details. Sometimes our termination dates are based on the last appointment and sometimes they are based on the last time we contacted them.
It would be great to have a date of last contact or termination date that can be seen from the Client List screen where you can search active or archived clients. Presently, we have to fully unarchive a client to find this information. It'd be great if we could just see the date that has been assigned as the last one where any contact has been made or a termination date was established. Since records have to be kept for 7 years but files can be destroyed after that, that information easily seen would be very helpful for that purpose.
