Choose which email when sending invoices and statements
If a client has more than one email address on file or hs a contact in their contact network with an email address on file, allow me to select which email to send the invoice, superbill, or statement to.
I have clients with separated parents and so depending on the day I need to email to a different address other then the "main" email address. Having to copy and switch the emails every time. I'm worried I will lose or delete one of the emails.
We have clients that are over the age of 18 however their parents are the insurance subscriber and responsible party for their bill. It would be helpful to be able to select which email to send statements too or to send to their contact network who has access to payments. This is currently only an option for individual invoices.
Allowing the contact network to receive statements sent when they are set to make payments like in the case of a college student but the parents are financially responsible.
It would be great to be able to have an option on which email the superbills and invoices could be sent to. Also for appointment reminders to go to all emails in the contact area. Some parents are divorced so it would be nice to be able to send certain things to certain parents (i.e. one parent the appointment reminder and another parent to send superbills to).
