Allow special characters in treatment plan interventions

When I create a treatment plan and type an intervention, allow me to include parentheses.

      I would like to use special characters in the interventions section of the treatment plans such as parentheses but it won't register unless I copy+paste the intervention with parentheses from somewhere else
