When a provider adds an addendum to a progress note, include the date of service of the progress note so I can know which progress note I need to review.

      Our team is having to go into each note in the clients file to find the addendum that matches the time stamp in the 'Progress Note Addendum added" activities log. Can we add the Date of service on activities log? This will make it so much easier to find.
