Remove auto-formatting from Co-Insurance Amount input

If you enter in an amount for the co-insurance field, it automatically formats the number as if it was a dollar amount even though it's a percentage.

Better Payer Name Matching in ERAs

Don't indicate flags if client has none

If a client doesn't have any flags assigned to them then remove the "Flags: None" from the Agenda because it's just added clutter.
