Allow me to run the service billing report by service date, rather than invoice date, so I can see what I billed on each date.

Aggregate services on the claim for ABA billing

As an ABA provider using TheraNest, I need multiple appointments for the same date of service to not appear as separate lines on the claim.

Retain grid filters

If I apply filters to a grid in TheraNest (e.g., Clients list, Contact Log entries, etc.) then have TheraNest remember those filters so that they are still applied when I return to the grid.

Access telehealth link from progress note

If the progress note I have created is linked to a telehealth appointment, allow me to access the telehealth link from within the progress note so that if I get disconnected I don't have to navigate away from the note I'm writing.

If I change or cancel a client's appointment, send a notification to the client's contacts in their contact network.

Assign staff to case when appointment is scheduled

Have the staff member automatically assigned to a client's case when the appointment is scheduled so that we don't have to add them manually and so it doesn't create a duplicate case when the staff creates a progress note.

Make billing note box larger

It would be great if the Billing Notes box on the Bill To and Insurance info tab and the client's ledger would be as large as the text within it - instead of having to drag the box to make it large enough to see the contents

Set supervisor requirements per client

Allow me to select which clients need their notes to be reviewed or co-signed. Right now it's all or nothing.
