Notify contact network of appointment changes

If I change or cancel a client's appointment, send a notification to the client's contacts in their contact network.

    When messaging to a client contact, they report that they don't get an email notification that I sent a message to them. Also, client contacts don't get notification of additional forms submitted or that appointment have been changed or canceled etc. If client contact has portal access it's because the client is a minor or needs that contact to manage thier appointments/forms.
