Only notify clients if appointment is rescheduled

If I have the setting turned on to notify clients when an appointment is rescheduled, then only send the notification if the appointment status is changed to "Rescheduled". Right now a notification is also sent if we adjust the appointment time (because it was entered wrong) and we don't want our clients to receive a notification in those scenarios.
