Don't immediately send new appointment/changed appointment emails

When I create a new appointment for a client or edit an existing appointment, don't send them an email right away. Sometimes I may make a mistake and I want to be able to correct it before they get the email.

Is there a way to create an option where we have an extra step to choose if an email appointment reminder is sent to a client before it's automatically sent? My issue is that clients get appointment email reminders even if i make a mistake and move an appointment to the wrong time and need to move it back. THis creates multiple appointment emails to the client which is confusing to them. Could be fixed if I had a prompt each time I made an appointment asking "do you want to send the client an appointment reminder/confirmation email?"

Please consider a delay in notifications of newly created appointments. I inadvertently created an appointment for the wrong client, immediately noticed it, and changed the name of the client. I did not realize a message would be sent to the first client and it led to her thinking I had rescheduled the appointment creating a no show/loss of income for me and a missed treatment opportunity for her. A frustrating experience for all.

If a client has a scheduled appointment and I change the appointment (e.g., the appointment time), don't send the client an email notifying them that's the appointment has been rescheduled.

Provide an option to allow or not to allow emails to be sent to clients regarding appointment changes initiated by the clinician. Provide a way to personalize messages with appointment changes, just as there is a way to personalize appointment reminders. Specifically, I do not want theranest emailing clients when I've deleted, cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

Delay sending appointment for at least 15 minutes to give time to make a correction
