Allow me to set up appointment reminders so they get sent more than once before the client's appointment. For example, I may want to send a reminder two days prior and one day prior.

Your organization's Appointment Reminder Settings now allows for multiple time periods to be selected so appointment reminders can be sent more than once.
It would be nice for the client to receive secondary reminders in addition to the regular automatic reminder (30 mins or 15 mins before). Other systems allow multiple reminders to be sent leading up to the appointment. This would help the client with finding reminder emails and any links needed to access their appointments more easily. Possibly incorporate a setting allowing the therapist to resend reminders manually could be helpful too.
I have my appointments set up for two days notice to help clients avoid cancellation costs. However, I would like to be able to send reminders out the morning of the appointment with the telehealth link, too. It could just be an added option to the drop down menu near their appointment to send link.
When someone makes a last minute appt or wants to update a phone number after a text reminder is sent, can there be a button on their appointment to "resend text reminder"? Also have several situations where the mom and dad rotate custody every other week. If text reminders could go to multiple phone numbers, that would solve so many issues as well. I appreciate your consideration on both.
If a reminder has already been sent for an appointment, and the patient reschedules, a new reminder is not sent for that appointment. It would be great for that rescheduled appointment to ALSO have a reminder go out provided the parameters for reminders are set to allow/expect it based on timing.
For example, patient gets a reminder and realizes a conflict. Reschedules for 3 days later but a NEW reminder will not go out since the first was already sent. Even though reminders are set to go out 1 day ahead. At least that's how it appears to be working currently.
It would be helpful to select more than one option for when the appt reminders go out. For example, I would love for our clients to get them 3 days before AND the day before. Thank you!
Yes, what Kellie said below. This way there is not a need for someone to be working over the weekend to check for appts cancelled & attempt to rebook them for Monday b/c we would know on Friday and have the ability for Admin to rebook those appts that day.
Yes, this would be so valuable! I would love to have email reminders BOTH 48 and 24 hours before the appointment. It would save a lot of my clients their late cancellation fee...
Yes, it would be great to differentiate when we want text, phone and email reminders to go out vs all the same time frame. For example, text reminders to be sent 2 days prior (choose specific time), phone reminders sent one day prior (choose specific time) and email reminders one day prior, choose later time than phone reminder if no clt response to text or phone).
It would be beneficial for the option for EMAIL reminders to be sent more than just once, # of days prior to be selected by the user (e.g., 3 days prior and 1 day prior).
