Allow me to send appointment reminders to multiple phone numbers and/or email addresses. Some clients that are children may have divorced parents and both want to be alerted that their child has an appointment.
I see this has been requested 7 years ago and is "planned", but for when? Meanwhile - We're out here struggling to explain to our parents that our EMR just doesn't support that function.
For our teen clients some parents like to have appointment reminders sent to a parent and the teen client. At this time TheraNest only auto text one number in the clients chart for appointment reminders. An option to have the automated appointment reminders sent to more than one phone number would be appreciated.
A client asked if we could send reminder texts to both her and her parent. I think this would be helpful in situations where parents/family members provide transportation or other supportive roles in a patient's care.
Having one than one email reminder would allow two divorced parents to both receive the reminder regardless of who's house they are at that week. It would also allow teens and their parents to receive the email reminder
Please allow for 2 cell phone numbers to receive appt reminders (from one client file)....I see couples, and both partners would benefit from receiving text appt reminders (not just emails).
I work with couples, and I would like both partners to be able to receive appt reminders via text (not just email). Most of my clients see texts before they see emails, so the appt reminders should go to both clients via text, if possible. TY!
I work with a lot of teen parents and we want to empower the teens to manage their own appointments but at times that can be a struggle so it would be amazing if it was possible to send the text appointment reminders to more than one number. I could see this also being helpful with divorced families where both parents could receive the reminders.
Having the option that the contact network gets text reminders, rather than or in addition to the client. In my case, the client is usually a child, but it's the parent(s) who need the reminder text. Contact network does not get the text, only the number in the client information.
Yes this would be great. I find myself having to tell partner of the couple to create their own reminder. Also, leaving the reminder in the hands of the person on calender can contribute to existing problems in the relationshp. I would prefer for each client of a couple or even family dynamic to have their own reminders through Theranest.
It would be great to be able to add multiple cell phone numbers to a client's profile and be able to send reminder texts to multiple cell phone numbers
