Custom appointment reminders based on service type

It would be nice to be able to have different customizable options for the appointment reminders. I like to have the telehealth link in mine, but I can’t do that for just my telehealth appointments and not my regular appointments. So my reminders say “if are having a video session the link is here:” and I just don’t like how that looks.

I am interested in having the option to have a distinct but automated reminder for EACH a telehealth appointment AND an in person appointment--as of now, I send a lengthy text and email reminder containing information necessary for both types--however, clients find it confusing. I would like the software to be able to identify when I set up a telehealth appointment and pull THAT reminder; and to identify an in person appointment and pull and send THAT type of reminder. In this time of COVID, which I expect to be with us for a year or so more, those who are being seen by tele-health don't need all the information about my building, department of health requirements, protocols on what will happen when they enter, the need for masks to be worn throughout the time they are in my building, etc. Thank you for considering this update.

It would also be helpful to have a different reminder for Monday appointments so that they can get processed not on a weekend.

I would like to have multiple appointment reminders available, perhaps even connected to place of service. As many of us transition from telehealth back to in-office sessions, we may continue to see some of each. I like being able to include the telehealth link in the reminder if appropriate. I would also like the option of sending an in-office reminder.

This would help us out, please consider adding this feature.

Customizing the service reminders is a great idea! I'm wondering for appts/services other than individual sessions (for example an Environmental Intervention or Family Consult) perhaps we can add a blurb something like "Your presence is not required" or "this will be a phone call/telemed session" just so that they know they are not expected to show up in person. Or I like Michelle's idea to simply have an option for Providers to "suppress appt reminder".

I would suggest also including the ability to suppress appointment reminders based on certain service types as well.

We also would benefit from this. We currently have individuals with individual and group sessions multiple times a week. They either receive a reminder every day due to group or we shut off the capability on their details, and they do not receive any reminders at all
