Remove appointment end time from Month calendar view
Adding the calendar end times to the monthly view makes the monthly view useless in my opinion because the end time takes the space where the client's name used to show. Seeing which client I have at the start time is MUCH more important than the ...
Allow me to assign forms to certain employees or staff types. I don't want every therapist to see all the custom forms and I want our front office staff access to certain administrative forms.

Allow me to assign another clinician for emergency situations so if a clinician is out of town, the backup clinician for that client is assigned only for the duration of their absence.
Drag and drop files from other sources into client's documents
When working in a client's general documents or clinical documents, allow me to drag and drop files from other web/browser sources (e.g., OneDrive) to save me a step from having to download the file to my computer first.

Allow me to schedule appointments for prospective clients. We don't want to activate them in our account because sometimes they don't show up for their appointment.
Allow only staff members with admin permissions the ability to view the Retention Rate report. We don't want all staff members to view the performance of other staff members.

When I apply a payment, change the defaults that appear so that I don't have to change them every time. For example, make the default "insurance" rather than "client" and leave the amount fields blank.
Do not auto-assign newly assigned staff to all open cases
When a new staff member is assigned to a client, do not automatically assign them to all open individual cases. There may be some cases where the newly assigned staff doesn't need access.
