If I've created a Dynamic Progress Note, have the name of the Dynamic Progress Note appear on the printed document (e.g., Psychotherapy Note, Group Counseling Session), rather than just "Progress Note".
When in a client's case information and under 'Progress Notes' PLEASE add somewhere the title of the form used and/or more identifying features as to what the note is. Right now it only shows the service date, time, duration, and 'Session Focus'. I need to be able to see what type of progress note/dynamic form it is without opening every single note in there.
When you customize a progress note. The name assigned to that template does not show when printed. It only shows as progress note. Which is bad when sending client records.
We need progress notes for medication and therapy.
When customizing progress notes types, they sames of those progress notes do not show when you print the document. It only shows as "Progress Note". Therefore the reader is unaware of the note type. Ex. Progress Note (therapist) or Psychiatric Follow Up Progress Note.
